Office Hours
Our normal office hours for appointments is Monday thru Thursday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Our office is closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Emergency Care:
If you have an urgent problem, and you are currently a patient of record, please call our office at 661-384-8339 and we will accommodate you as soon as possible. If the office is closed, you will be given specific instructions on how to obtain emergency advice or care.
Cancellations:
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you are unable to keep your appointment, kindly give us 48 hour advance notice.
Patient Education:
Dr. Sanger and her staff of caring professionals believe that you should be completely informed about your choices of treatment. We will assist you in answering questions and understanding the benefits and consequences of treatment options. Often, there are multiple treatment choices; you are given the opportunity to make the best choices for your situation.
Dental Insurance:
We are a provider for some insurances; in any case, we will bill your insurance company for you directly. Please bring your insurance card or papers on the first visit.
Please understand, however, that you are ultimately responsible for payment of all services. Should your insurance not cover what is predicted, then you will be responsible to pay any uncovered portion.
Payment Options:
All major credit cards accepted. A wide variety of plans are offered and we'll make every effort to consider your individual circumstances and design a plan that fits your needs.

Our Staff:
Our English and Spanish speaking staff are caring and professional and devoted to providing you a comfortable visit as well as a good experience while in our office. Our staff includes 3 licensed hygienists and dental assistants dedicated to provide excellent clinical care in a comfortable setting.
Patient Safety:
We take patient safety very seriously and adhere to the highest professional standards of cleanliness, sterilization, and radiation control. We use standards recommended by the American Dental Association (ADA), The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and the Center for Disease Control (CDC). Our staff regularly attends safety seminars and is quite knowledgeable on the latest techniques.
Pre-medication:
Patients with certain medical conditions (e.g. valvular heart conditions and artificial joints) may be asked to pre-medicate with antibiotics prior to treatment. We do this with your safety in mind. Please inform us if you have a condition that might need pre-medication.
Post Treatment Instructions:
After treatment, home care and medication instructions will be thoroughly explained. For your convenience, you will also be given printed instructions and we are available by phone to answer questions after treatment.
Patient Comfort:
We use the latest techniques to ensure our patients are as comfortable as possible during dental procedures.
